  • Approved Solicitations are entered by the hiring managers in the SAMSystem.
  • Solicitations are broadcast to the approved Staffing Vendors through the SAMSystem in real time, no delay.
  • Only qualified candidates are submitted by the approved Staffing Vendors via the SAMSystem by or prior to the deadline.
    • Enable the hiring managers real-time view of submitted candidates.
    • Late submission will be automatically rejected by the SAMSystem.
    • Duplicate submissions will be automatically rejected by the SAMSystem.
    • Less-qualified candidate will be auto-rejected by SAMSystem and will not be submitted.
  • Interview requests for candidates are coordinated online.
  • Candidates are selected by the requesting manager.
  • Staffing Vendor is notified and confirms the candidate’s acceptance of the offer.
  • Staffing Vendor initiates In-Processing activities, supported by SAMSystem as required.
  • Temporary employee reports for assignment.
  • Various Reports are input and aggregated at the Procurement Team level for quality Control/Monitoring purposes.
