- Approved Solicitations are entered by the hiring managers in the SAMSystem.

Solicitations are broadcast to the approved Staffing Vendors through the SAMSystem in
real time, no delay.

Only qualified candidates are submitted by the approved Staffing Vendors via the
SAMSystem by or prior to the deadline.
- Enable the hiring managers real-time view of submitted candidates.
- Late submission will be automatically rejected by the SAMSystem.
- Duplicate submissions will be automatically rejected by the SAMSystem.
- Less-qualified candidate will be auto-rejected by SAMSystem and will not be submitted.
- Interview requests for candidates are coordinated online.
- Candidates are selected by the requesting manager.
- Staffing Vendor is notified and confirms the candidate’s acceptance of the offer.
- Staffing Vendor initiates In-Processing activities, supported by SAMSystem as required.
- Temporary employee reports for assignment.
