Shawn Sexton · Founder, S.A.M.S.
Strategic Agentic Managed Systems (S.A.M.S.) builds AI and business automation that saves owners time and money — and gives them their life back outside of work.
This is the founder’s own site: the bio, the projects, the creations, and the tools he has actually tested — everything in one place, stated plainly. The businesses themselves live on their own sites, linked from here.
The founder
Shawn’s story, told by Shawn — four generations of service, ten years running a plant floor, a handyman business of his own, and the systems being built to change what work costs the people who do it. In production — filming as the build continues. The written bio stands in until it lands.
S.A.M.S. was founded by Shawn, a fourth-generation Army veteran. The name itself is his: S.A.M.S. comes from his own initials, turned into the business — Strategic Agentic Managed Systems. It shows in how this company is built: direct, disciplined, and accountable.
Before this, he spent 10 years as a production manager in manufacturing, then ran his own handyman service — doing the work solo, on job sites, phone in his back pocket. He knows firsthand what a missed call costs, because it cost him: a customer who hits voicemail calls the next business on the list.
That’s why the systems here are built the way they are — transparent pricing, no traps, everything stated up front — and why the goal was never just efficiency. It’s giving owners their time, their money, and their life outside of work back.
The systems built here take repetitive work off the owner’s plate across the whole business — the phones, the inbox, the calendar, the content, the follow-up — so the business can grow without its owner adding more hours to make it happen. The work gets done, the day ends when it should, and growth stops costing evenings, weekends, and family time.
Projects
Every project under S.A.M.S. is listed here with its real status. Each business gets its own website; this page is the index that points to all of them. Nothing is marked complete until it is.
In build
Missed calls are lost jobs. CallBack Pro saves them — it adds revenue without adding a minute to the owner’s day. The full product lives on its own site, not on this page.
The S.A.M.S. bio & portfolio itself — built in the open, section by section, exactly the way everything else here gets built.
Completed
Future — not started yet
A growing library of free S.A.M.S. tools. Community members get access to all of them, plus early access to what’s next.
More systems under the S.A.M.S. umbrella — each one its own site, each one held to the same standard: real value, honest, transparent pricing, everything stated up front.
Creations
S.A.M.S. exists to buy back time — and this is some of what the time is for. Shawn writes and produces songs and makes video. This room is where that work lives.
Original songs written and produced by Shawn. Every file on this shelf is the real file, playable right here — the shelf fills as the tracks come over.
Creative video work — separate from the explainers. Pieces made for the making’s sake, shown the same way: finished work, posted whole.
Explainers & demos
Every explainer and walk-through video gets its link on this shelf the day it publishes. Watch this space — the shelf fills as the videos land.
Request a video
Requests open when the channel launches. The board is public on purpose — before you ask, you can see whether the video already exists or is already on its way.
Every request is listed with its status. If the video already exists, the link is right there; if it’s already been asked for, you’ll see that too.
One simple request: the tool, system, or walk-through you want explained. No account gymnastics, no request disappearing into a void.
Requested → in production → fulfilled, with the link to the actual video attached the moment it’s done.
Tested tools
Nothing gets on this shelf from a press release. Every tool here was bought, used, and judged by Shawn himself over months of real work. Each score is his verdict — what it did, what it cost, and whether he’d pay for it again — and it publishes with his full review. Other tools in the same categories get listed and scored the same way as they’re tested.

The studio our video work is cut in — generation plus the kind of frame-level editing that lets you fix the two broken seconds instead of re-rolling the whole clip. S.A.M.S. partner application in progress; when it’s approved, signing up through our link gets you 25% off, per Runway’s own program terms.
Where the S.A.M.S. idea started — the first AI tool Shawn ever used, and the one he asked the question that became this whole business.
Tested hard for months on the paid plan. The subscription has ended — the full scored review tells the whole story, good and bad.
Tested. Not kept. The scored review explains exactly why — a tool that doesn’t treat you straight scores like it, whoever makes it.
Some links on this page are affiliate links. If you sign up through one, the company pays S.A.M.S. a referral fee. It never raises your price — and where a program gives you a discount for using our link, that discount is printed on the tool’s card above.
Tools are listed here only after Shawn has personally tested them, and a tool that pays us can still score badly; a tool that pays nothing can still score at the top. Where a partnership isn’t approved yet, the link goes straight to the tool’s own site and this page says so. That’s the standard, and it doesn’t bend for a commission.
Community
A paid community for the people building with these systems. The platform is being chosen now; the membership idea is already settled:
Members get access to all the free tools S.A.M.S. builds — the whole library, as it grows.
Members pay less for every other app we build. The discount is part of the membership, not a coupon hunt.
Future tools and apps reach members first, before they’re public.
Some tools are free to members in exchange for the real work: actually test it, leave an honest review, and agree your review can be used in our marketing. That’s the whole deal, stated before anyone joins.
How we work
Everything we build is 100% transparent. If a system can’t earn its keep in the open, we don’t sell it. That standard applies to this page, too: what a system does, what it costs, and what it doesn’t do are all stated up front — before you pay anything.
The price you see is the price you pay. It’s published, not negotiated in the dark.
Your bill doesn’t climb because your customers talked longer.
You don’t pay again for every person who contacts you.
No charges you didn’t agree to, appearing after the fact.
Where things stand
S.A.M.S. is in development. No customers claimed, no results invented — this is the start, stated plainly. When there’s more to show, it shows up here first.
